Shipping policy

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification (via email or SMS) when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume sales periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

To ensure your aesthetic wall art reaches you safely and quickly, POSTERY partners with Pakistan’s most reliable courier networks. Depending on your location and route optimization, your order will be shipped via one of the following premium couriers:

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your city.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (If you offer free shipping over a certain amount, e.g., "We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,000", you can mention that here!)

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation message with a tracking number and a link to the respective courier's tracking portal (PostEx, TCS, or Leopard). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with your package's status.

We take great care in packaging our frameless prints to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. You must contact us at gseveloper@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with solid proof (an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging) so we can make it right.

If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for more than 7 business days), please contact us, and we will open an investigation with the respective courier.

At this time, POSTERY only ships domestically within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping.
